How CoachGrow Vision handles technical user data and session parameters within our Vancouver-based computer vision ecosystem.
Scope & Control
Data Collection Scope
At CoachGrow Vision, we limit personal data collection to the absolute necessities required for professional engagement and technical inquiry. When you interact with our platform, we may collect professional contact details (name, email, and company affiliation) provided explicitly through our consultation forms.
Additionally, we monitor session data to optimize the delivery of our high-bandwidth vision model demonstrations. this includes telemetry such as browser type, navigation paths through our technical documentation, and region-level geolocation to ensure compliance with automotive safety standards across different operational design domains.
Technical Processing
Your data is not a commodity; it is a component of a secure feedback loop. We utilize information to refine our vision pipeline architecture consultations and to validate algorithmic responses against reported edge cases. CoachGrow Vision does not share, sell, or trade your technical inquiries with third-party marketing entities.
Safety Note
All telemetry data used for model validation is anonymized and stripped of hardware identifiers before being integrated into our neural network training sets or peer-reviewed documentation.
User Rights
Under regional privacy protection acts—including strict adherence to Canadian PIPEDA guidelines—users retain full authority over their data. You have the right to request a full transcript of the information we hold, verify its accuracy, or demand its immediate permanent deletion from our Vancouver-based servers.
To exercise these rights or to inquire about our data processing methodologies, please contact our Data Privacy Officer via the channels listed below.
Retention Standards
Operational data used for active vision pipeline architecture consultations is retained for the duration of the project plus 24 months to ensure safety auditing continuity. General inquiries are purged from our active systems after 12 months of inactivity.
CoachGrow Vision processes all sensitive computer vision data within our secure facility in Vancouver, Canada. International data flows occur only when necessary for specific regional safety audits or when collaborating with global research institutions, always under standard contractual clauses (SCCs) to ensure equivalent protection.
We maintain a rigorous security posture for our algorithmic repositories. If you discover a potential vulnerability in our vision processing site or documentation handling, please report it immediately to our technical team for review under our responsible disclosure policy.
Safety Through Transparency
Our commitment to privacy is an extension of our commitment to safety. By securing the data that fuels our computer vision algorithms, we ensure the integrity of the navigation systems that will eventually traverse our streets.
