Usage Agreement
By accessing CoachGrow Vision, you enter into a binding agreement to utilize our technical insights strictly for informational and research purposes. Our platform bridges theoretical spatial sensing research and practical navigation deployment; however, use of this data is subject to rigorous safety benchmarks and local jurisdictional requirements.
Acceptable Use
Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering proprietary model architectures or scraping high-density semantic segmentation data fields published herein.
Technical Limits
The insights provided do not constitute a certified safety audit for mass-market vehicle deployment. Each deployment requires independent redundancy modeling.
Section 02 / Assets
Proprietary Assets
All content, including but not limited to technical diagrams, vision pipeline architectures, and sensor-fusion methodology notes, is the intellectual property of CoachGrow Vision or its content providers.
Reproduction of technical insights for commercial training of competitive neural networks is strictly prohibited without explicit written licensing. We prioritize the protection of unique spatial modeling techniques developed in the Vancouver ecosystem.

03.1 Limitation of Liability
CoachGrow Vision provides insights on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of British Columbia, we disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the computer vision algorithms or navigation models presented.
Under no circumstances shall CoachGrow Vision be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your implementation of algorithmic insights in autonomous systems. This includes, without limitation, hardware failure, sensor degradation, or unexpected behavioral outputs in edge-case environmental lighting.
03.2 Governing Law: British Columbia
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the CoachGrow Vision platform shall be instituted in a provincial or federal court in Vancouver, British Columbia. You and CoachGrow Vision agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts.
03.3 Model Updates & Revisions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. As neural network architectures and autonomous safety standards evolve, our terms will shift to reflect international automotive safety integrity levels (ASIL). Continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised protocols.
